IMPACT basketball coaches Tyler Kepkay and Rex Cheah have been appointed as the head coach and assistant coach for the Junior Varsity (B Grade) Div II Boys Basketball Team of the Hong Kong International School.

After a very successful 2016-17 championship season in which Coach Tyler and Coach Rex took both D Grade Div I & II teams to unbeaten records, IMPACT is committed to develop and grow with the HKIS Dragons Basketball Program.

To prepare for the upcoming high school basketball season, IMPACT Basketball hosted a High School Team “Pre-tryout” Training Camp at HKIS on Oct 23 – 25.

All 22 players attending the camp were working extremely hard for a final push before the school team try-out. IMPACT Coaching Team worked with them on a variety of skills including ball handling, footwork, shooting and conditioning.

After the three-day intensive training camp, every player walked out of the gym feeling he/she was a better and more confident player.
